Reservations for a hotel room

Conditions:
Reservations can only be made permanent by paying on advance on our bank account or by presenting your credit card number and expiration date as a security.

We assume to be allowed to make a pre authorisation on your credit card.

As of January 1, 2018, our new terms and conditions will apply. Upon check-in, a security deposit of € 50, - will be asked or creditcard details as security deposit. Furthermore, it is required to have identification with you. Upon check-out when no damage has been found in the room (specified hereafter) the deposit will be refunded. The deposit will be refunded in the same way as it is paid. If this is not the case, the damage will be deducted from the security deposit. All damage, destruction or stains on goods or property owned by the hotel will be charged to the guest. Furthermore, it is allowed more than 1 dog per room, a minimum of € 10,- per day will be charged. From 1 July to 31 August, it is forbidden to bring dogs in the hotel. Children under 1 year are not charged. Children from 1 year will be charged € 5.50 extra, provided the number of persons admitted to the room is exceeded.

Cancelling:

When the room is cancelled the day before the scheduled arrival, only the first night will be charged. When the room is cancelled on the day of arrival or when there is a no-show, the complete reservation will be charged. It is not possible to cancel the room after check-in.
